  • No. MVP was founded to give people an option other than insurance-based to give both the client and therapist autonomy over your care.

  • Cash, check, credit and HSA cards are all accepted.

  • Payment for therapy is due on the day of service.  Sports Performance packages are due on or before the first session or program is sent.

  • No, both members and non-members are welcome.

  • Physical Therapy is using more advanced hands-on techniques in addition to exercise to address pain, tightness, and soreness. Sports Performance is solely focused on improving an athlete's athletic abilities through movement.

  • All physical therapy sessions are 1 hour.  This allows for the time you need to gain the care and guidance from your therapist to move towards your thriving state.

  • If you have tried traditional insurance-based care but have not had the results you want, or if healthcare costs are keeping you from addressing your physical issues, then MVP is perfect for you.

  • Yes — MVP is especially well-suited to people with high-deductible health insurance plans. Here’s why:

    1. Cash-Based Model: Because we don’t bill insurance, there are no surprise copays or “out-of-network” rate hikes. You pay one transparent, set rate per session, so it’s easy to budget for the care you actually need.

    2. Value Over Time: Our focused, goal-driven approach helps you get stronger, recover faster, and avoid repeated flare-ups. That can save you money in the long run — fewer days off sport or work, and less need for repeated “maintenance” therapy.

    3. Flexible Use of Funds: Many of our clients use their Health Savings Account (HSA) or Flexible Spending Account (FSA) to cover the cost of therapy visits. That means you’re using pre-tax dollars toward something that actually moves the needle on your health.

    4. Long-Term Investment: Rather than just “fixing pain,” we aim to build resilience, mobility, and strength that lasts beyond the clinic. Our model gives you more than a quick relief session — it’s an investment in performance, injury prevention, and long-term wellness.

  • At MVP, your treatment is completely customized—no cookie-cutter programs, no bouncing between therapists, and no rushed appointments. Unlike traditional therapy clinics that rely on insurance restrictions and high patient volume, we work 1-on-1 for a full hour, every session.

You get hands-on treatment, targeted strength work, and movement coaching that’s actually relevant to the sports and activities you want to get back to. We don’t just manage symptoms—we identify the root cause, build a plan around your goals, and stay with you from start to finish.

This means faster progress, fewer setbacks, and results that last.
